Splexo is for users 18 and over only. You confirm your date of birth at the start of onboarding; a date of birth under 18 is rejected and no account is created. Don’t misrepresent your age or identity.

Education, not advice

Splexo is an education and coaching product. It is NOT a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Splex shares category-level guidance (e.g., “liquid funds for short-horizon goals”) and statute-grounded tax math, but never names specific products or guarantees outcomes. For product picks, consult a SEBI RIA.

It’s AI — sanity-check the big calls

Splex is an AI coach. It’s grounded in statute and cites its tax answers, but AI can still be wrong. Treat its guidance as a well-informed starting point, not gospel — verify anything that materially affects your money.

Account use

Everything is collected in conversation — no forms. You agree to share accurate information about your income, expenses, money habits, and goals; Splexo’s coaching quality depends on it. You agree not to use Splexo for unlawful purposes.

Free, with a Pro tier coming

Splexo’s core is free for both salaried and student users, with fair-use limits on coaching sessions and goal changes. A paid Splexo Pro (around ₹149/month, billed via Razorpay) will unlock more sessions, more goal changes, document scanning, and live-data lookups. Pricing is locked at announcement.

Your data & deletion

You own your data. Export everything, manage your consents, and permanently delete your account — all from Profile → Privacy in the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible; we don’t shadow-keep your goals, profile, or chat history.

Service availability

We do our best to keep Splexo up 24/7, but it’s an early-stage product hosted on infrastructure that occasionally hiccups. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. If outages affect a tax-deadline window, we’ll communicate before they bite.

Liability

Splexo is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect losses (missed deadlines, opportunity cost, investment outcomes). If you act on Splex’s coaching, the decision and consequence are yours.

Changes

We’ll update these terms as Splexo evolves. Material changes get a heads-up email or in-app banner at least 7 days before they take effect.
